Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room size was excellent, but unfortunately, it was quite small and lacked natural light. Moreover, the constant noise of water flow made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. On the positive side, the service was superb with helpful and friendly staff ready to assist with any questions. The location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of dining options and within walking distance of all the important sites. However, the dining experience was limited, with no Nespresso coffee provided. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel had modern and clean rooms with a large bathroom, but the noise from cleaning staff in the morning was disruptive. The service was friendly and helpful but lacked respect for disabled guests. The location was excellent, close to central attractions in Madrid. The dining experience was mixed, with some excellent dishes but overall poor value for money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very modern and had a cool TV built into the wall, but they were a bit grubby with bashed skirting boards and some mold in the bathroom. However, the room size was good, clean, and the bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. It was nicely laid out and very comfortable overall.
